although i'm sure fall foliage is long gone up in vt, we are starting to peak down here. it's absolutely beautiful! yesterday, all the residents in my program took the day off (our attendings had to cover the entire pediatric service for us in the hospital while we were away) to "retreat" and bond. it was fun. i wish i had brought my manual camera along... (i can't take credit for the last photo. my friend took that one.)
